Tone your arms with Weights

Arm toning is the most important exercise. To tone your arms follow this simple exercise. Fitness trainer Arunava Chowdhury gives us some amazing tips:

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the weight with both your hands.
  2. This exercise is the combination of squats & weight together as shown in the video.
  3. Do 20 reps.
